These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 128mega (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at128mega.cam. This Agreement governs all aspects of your access to and use of the 128mega platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions made available through the site.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with128mega or any other gambling operator, or a court order restricting your participation in gambling activities.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

When registering an Account with 128mega, you are required to provide a valid email address, chosen username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 128mega will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal or in response to flaged account activity, 128mega may require you to complete a KYC identity verification process. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid copy of your Malaysian MyKad or international passport (for identity verification).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address (for address verification, typically dated within 3 months).
• Documentation verifying your payment method, such as a screenshot or statement from your Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost account, or bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or similar).

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team and are typically approved within 24 hours during business days. 128mega reserves the right to suspend withdrawal capabilities pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account at any given time. If128mega identifies multiple accounts linked to a single individual (by shared device, IP address, payment method, or personal details), all duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at128mega's discretion after investigation.

128mega accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players. Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 and BTC). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.

• The minimum deposit for most e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) is RM30.
• The minimum deposit for FPX bank transfers is RM50.
• The minimum deposit for cryptocurrency transactions is the equivalent of RM100.
• 128mega does not charge fees on the majority of deposit transactions. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet operator) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 128mega is not responsible.
• All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activity only. Deposits made without genuine intention to play may be treated as suspicious activity.
• 128mega reserves the right to refuse a deposit, suspend a payment method, or request additional verification for any transaction at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals from a128mega Account are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, compliance with all applicable wagering requirements, and adherence to the withdrawal rules set out in this section.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• E-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed in under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Direct bank wire transfers: 15–60 minutes, subject to inter-bank processing timelines.

Processing times represent targets and are not guaranteed, particularly during periods of high platform traffic, public holidays, or technical maintenance. 128mega will communicate known delays via the platform's notification system.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account, subject to the availability of those methods for withdrawals.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in the withdrawal amount.
• 128mega reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of security checks or KYC verification.

128mega offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, reload bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion notice, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonus offers are subject to awagering requirement between20x and 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires RM2,500 in total qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 128mega reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple accounts may not be used to claim bonus offers. Any bonus claimed through a duplicate account will be voided.
• 128mega may impose game contribution restrictions on wagering requirement calculations. Slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements; table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Refer-a-Friend rewards are subject to verification of the referred player's identity and first deposit. Fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification and possible account suspension.

All games available on the 128mega platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Sports betting markets, including those covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events, are subject to their own specific sports betting rules, including rules on match postponements, walkovers, and void markets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 128mega platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing platform limits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with platform games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or other multi-player game formats.

In line with this commitment, 128mega provides the following Responsible Gambling Tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before implementation.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Pending investigation of a disputed transaction or gameplay irregularity.
• Receipt of a charge-back request from a payment provider.
• Regulatory compliance requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

In the event of Account termination for reasons not involving prohibited conduct, any valid Player Funds remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, subject to applicable identity verification requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 128mega's liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real funds held in the User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

128mega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if 128mega has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

128mega does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 128mega will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

128mega collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at 128mega.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 128mega is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and the improvement of platform services. 128mega does not sell personal data to third parties and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the security and integrity of all personal data held.

128mega reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
